April 25th Fundraiser – Benefit for Jason Martin & Family

Standing Together for Jason

Join us on Saturday, April 25th at Shooters Golf Simulators & Tavern as we come together to support Jason Martin and his family. Jason is a dedicated firefighter in Burlington, Wisconsin, and he is currently battling leukemia. This fundraiser is an opportunity for the community to rally around Jason and help his family during an incredibly challenging time.

Event Format

Teams will compete in a 2‑man scramble, playing 9 holes on our state‑of‑the‑art simulator bays. The scramble format keeps the round fast, fun, and welcoming for all skill levels.

Entry Fee & What’s Included

Each team entry is $70, which includes:

• 9 Holes on the Simulator
• Drink Ticket
• Choice of Double Cheeseburger or Wings

Your participation directly supports Jason and his family.

Tee Time Sign‑Ups

Each time slot allows a maximum of 8 teams. Available tee times:

• 8:00 AM
• 10:00 AM
• 12:00 PM
• 2:00 PM
• 4:00 PM
• 6:00 PM
• 8:00 PM
• 10:00 PM

Spots will fill quickly, so early registration is encouraged.
